New to SL? Confused as to what to get to look good? Unsure where to go to get good sales? It is not hard to look good in SL with a little bit know how and keeping an eye open for sales and events witch offer discounts. Flickr is a great place to see various bloggers and designers and to see what is new and on sale. In Second Life there is no shortage of sales and special weekend promotions from hair, to skins, to clothes, accessories, makeup etc. All you need to do to build yourself a cute and functional wardrobe for your avatar is to be in a few sales groups. My faves are Fifty Linden Fridays, The Saturday Sale, SoKawaiiSundays, and Happy Weekend by Access. You can find these in Seraphimsl.com . Now, there are more sale groups and they are certainly worth checking out, but those are the ones where I find consistently the styles I like and some amazing deals.
