Hi all.. we are celebrating our Indepence Day today here in the US, and since I grew up in Texas I really wanted a homage to the down-home, back on the front porch feeling that I knew as a child.. drinking icy lemonade as the cicadas buzzed and the sun set, watching fireworks go off over the fields.. Pulling a baseball hat low over my face and giggling as we ran around, chasing boys and sitting on the back of the pick up trucks. I hope all my US friends have a safe holiday and enjoy today with their loved ones..
